About QuiverKit

A growing collection of free, browser-based tools — built on one simple idea: your files and text shouldn't have to leave your device just to get something done.

Why QuiverKit exists

Most "free online tool" websites work the same way: you upload a file or paste your text, it gets sent to a server somewhere, processed, and sent back. That round trip is invisible most of the time — until you stop to think about what you just uploaded. A résumé with your address on it. A contract you haven't signed yet. A family photo. A half-finished draft you haven't shared with anyone. All of it, briefly or not, passing through someone else's infrastructure.

QuiverKit was built to remove that step entirely. Every tool on this site — from the word counter to the PDF merger to the Excel-to-PDF converter — runs using JavaScript directly inside your browser. When you use a tool here, the processing happens on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is logged, and nothing is stored on a server, because for most of these everyday tasks, there's simply no need for a server to be involved at all.

What you'll find here

QuiverKit covers four areas that come up constantly in everyday work: text and writing tools (counters, converters, formatters), image tools (compressors, resizers, editors), everyday converters and calculators (units, dates, loans, percentages), and PDF tools (merging, splitting, compressing, and converting to and from Word and Excel). The goal isn't to be the flashiest tool in any one category — it's to be reliably useful, fast to open, and honest about what each tool can and can't do.

That honesty matters to us. A few tools on this site — like PDF compression or PDF-to-Word conversion — have real technical limits when done entirely in a browser without a server doing the heavy lifting. Rather than overselling those tools, we've tried to be upfront on each tool's page about what to expect, so you're never surprised by the result.

Free, and staying that way

Every tool on QuiverKit is free to use, with no account required and no daily limit. There's no premium tier hiding better features behind a paywall. If that changes in the future for any specific tool, we'll say so clearly on that tool's page rather than let anyone find out the hard way.

Have feedback?

QuiverKit is actively maintained and growing — new tools are added regularly based on what people actually need. If a tool didn't work the way you expected, or there's something you wish existed here, we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Visit the Contact Us page to get in touch.
